At Buy Hand-Forged Swords, we take pride in our craftsmanship; if your blade does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Blade

  Carefully secure the sword in its original protective packaging and scabbard to prevent any damage or oxidation during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to the Forge

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master smiths verify the item's condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
